If you need to return an item, please contact us via our contact page or email info@motoverde.com. Provide a detailed description of the product, your order reference number, and the reason for the return. Photographic evidence may be requested before approving a return or refund.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused, in their original, unopened packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sealed Products
Many of our products are sealed chemical formulations for cleaning and maintenance. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed chemical products unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the seal remains intact and the product is in original condition, it can be returned within our 30-day returns window.
Return Process
Returns are the responsibility of the customer unless due to a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item sent by Motoverde. Use a tracked and insured postal service and keep your proof of postage. Motoverde is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Once received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item and issued to the original payment method. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for clothing items only and are subject to stock availability. Please contact us to check size availability before returning an item. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Motoverde will cover the postage cost for dispatching the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include a description and photos if possible. We will offer a replacement or full refund for verified damaged or faulty items.
Customs Duties, Import VAT & International Orders
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional charges imposed by your country. These are your responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping prices. Motoverde is not liable for customs delays, charges, or clearance issues. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
