Do you offer sponsorship/support for riders and teams?

When will I receive my parcel?

We aim to dispatch all our orders on the same day when ordered Monday-Thursday before 2PM. This is not always possible due to high volumes of orders, but if you have purchased Next-Day Delivery before 2PM Monday-Thursday, we will ensure your order is dispatched. How can I track my order?

Your tracking confirmation will be sent to the phone number/email address that you provided us at the time of purchase. If you have not received tracking information and wish to track your parcel please contact us.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

Please allow 3 working days following the estimated delivery days before contacting us regarding your order. After 3 working days please contact us and we will track down your order for you.

What do I do if there are items missing from my order?

Please contact us as soon as you receive your parcel and we will investigate the matter further. If you have ordered multiple products, they may have been packaged separately leading to boxes being split up during transit – we will be able to confirm this for you.

What do I do if I wish to return/exchange my product?

Please head to our returns policy for more information.

You do not deliver to me but I'd like to buy your products, what should I do?

Please contact us and we will discuss what the best option is dependant on your location.

Do you do any free samples?

Unfortunately, we do not do any free samples for any of our products. We have worked extremely hard to develop outstanding reviews on our brand, so if you would like to see reviews before you purchase, please head to our Facebook page, TrustPilot or Google for honest reviews from our customers.

I am not sure how to use one of your products, what should I do?

Firstly, check the bottle for instructions or scan the QR code for all information on this product. Still not sure? Head to our YouTube channel for how-to-use videos, drop us a message on Facebook/Instagram or contact us and someone will get back to you quickly!

Why are your products salt-free?

Why do you no longer provide free empty bottles with your 5L and 25L products?

At Motoverde we are committed to having recyclable packaging to help with the environment, however, after customer feedback many of you did not require empty bottles with every order, so to further protect the environment we are using less plastic by not giving empty bottles out with ‘refill’ products, so please keep your original 1L bottle to re-use, and if you need a new one, you can purchase these separately from our accessories section.

Can I use the Bike Wash as it is?

Yes, our 1L Bike Wash is pre-diluted and ready to use. If you have purchased our 5L/25L concentrated refill product then you dilute it 50/50 with water.

Are your products safe to use on any surface or material?

Yes, our products are 100% salt-free and free from any other harsh chemicals, which means that they will cause no harm to any sensitive metals, anodised parts, paint work, carbon fibre and your expensive parts.

Is your Bike Wash safe to use on eBikes?

Yes! Our Bike Wash is safe for eBikes due to our salt-free properties. Although you may worry that electrics and water do not mix, you do not have to as your bike has a sealed unit to protect electrical components. Our Bike Wash just prevents any calcium build-up that can occur from using aggressive cleaners, plus it is made from deionised water which is free from static components (that can affect electrics), unlike tap water.

Do I need to dry my bike before applying After-Shine?

No! Apply whilst your bike is still wet and leave for 30 minutes to drip dry. The product will dry itself evenly and remove excess water from all the hard to reach places in the process, whilst leaving behind a layer of protection to make your next clean quicker and easier!
