Refunds & Returns
If you encounter an issue with a Motoverde product that you have ordered from motoverde.com – please contact us via our contact page. When you contact us please provide a full description of the product, alongside your order reference number and why you wish to return the product. Photographic evidence may be requested by us before guaranteeing a refund or return.
Items eligible for return must have been purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days, must be unused and must be in the original, unopened packaging. Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged upon delivery. If this is the case, then photographic evidence may be requested.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to Motoverde. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing error, which will require proof of postage. A Motoverde representative will confirm this before return and postage will be reimbursed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for parcels to reach us (outside of the UK may be longer), once received we will confirm with you before processing your refund or replacement. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
If you have purchased clothing from us and wish to exchange for a new size, please contact us to discuss the available options.
If you wish to exchange your clothing item and have confirmed your exchange with us, please post back your item safely, in original condition with tags alongside a written explanation of your exchange. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service and to keep proof of postage. Postage costs are non-refundable. Once received the new item will be despatched with no additional postage charges. Please allow up to 5 working days (outside of the UK may be longer) for the exchange to be received and replaced.
Motoverde reserves the right to decline an exchange dependent on stock levels and condition of item when received. Clothing items can only be exchanged for a new size and not for a different item.
Exchanges are not available on any other products.
