Our Weekend at the Adventure Bike Rider Festival!

Last weekend we decided to change things up a bit and headed to Ragley Hall for the Adventure Bike Rider Festival, and we are so glad that we did! The size of the event was enormous, and we settled into our stand opposite all the major manufacturers very easily.

Having never investigated the adventure bike market, we were unsure what to expect. It turns out that our Salt Free message was exactly what this market was looking for. So, expect to see a lot more of us throughout this industry as we can offer the solution to your problems when it comes to cleaning your bike! We spent most of our weekend educating enthusiasts on the effects of using aggressive cleaners and why we are different.

We found that the biggest issue riders were facing with their current cleaner is the fact that they have left plastics looking dull, accessories looking like they have been used 1,000 times and even stained anodising. Unfortunately, this is something we hear and see on a regular basis.

Adventure Bikes are also affected by the worst of both on and off-road contaminants so using a Bike Wash that is 100% Salt Free, breaks down dirt and grime with ease and is outstanding value for money is key. We spoke to a lot of people about why you should swap to a Salt Free cleaner and how it can help keep their machines looking and riding like brand new.

During the weekend we were also demonstrating how our Rust Remover performed on an extremely corroded header pipe. This was to demonstrate that you do not need to use harmful acids that can attack your expensive exhausts, yet you can have a brand-new looking pipe in minutes using the right products.

Overall, the event was like nothing we have ever experienced. They offered a 20km trail for everyone to experience, either on their own machine or a test ride on any of the major manufacturers’ new bikes! Stages and tents were placed throughout the venue with live music and talks from famous faces including our very own Brand Ambassador The Girl on a Bike. Last but by no means least the food!… being a festival, the food and drink available from this event was on a scale like a busy city centre. Huge, well done and thank you to Adventure Bike Rider for such an awesome event.

We were so overwhelmed by the feedback we received about how passionate we are as a brand and the support we were given was amazing. Also, a huge thanks goes to SHINY SIDE UP for letting us have his BMW GS R1250 Triple Black on our stand for the weekend. It made our Yamaha YZ 65 look tiny, but it was such a great example of our products doing what they do best!
